Victoria Daskalou<\/strong> Since June 2014, I am a member of the\u00a0<\/span>Department of Economics<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>of the\u00a0<\/span>University of Patras<\/span><\/a>, as a specialized teaching staff.\u00a0Since<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>1996 I\u2019m working hard for the digital transformation of Greek Universities: as a senior researcher at the Network Operation Center of the <\/span>Athens University of Economics and Business<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>(1996-2011), as the head of the R &D and elearning group of the\u00a0<\/span>Network Operations Center<\/span><\/a> of the University of Patras (2001-2007), as the technical coordinator of large-scale e-government projects at the Directorate of Network and Information Systems of the University of Patras (2007-2014).<\/span><\/p>\n My current research interests focus on digital entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education, with focus on young innovative firms. I also support the local business ecosystem as a co-organizer of the Patras Tech Talk<\/a> meetup.<\/p>\n
